- Digital Courses: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course.
- Subscriptions: Monthly and yearly subscriptions are refundable only within the first 7 days of activation. After this period, they are non-refundable.
- Services: Customized services, consultations, or project-based work are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
- Special Offers: Discounts, bundle deals, and promotional purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards or promotional credits.
- One-time event registrations or workshops after the event date.
- Partially used subscription plans.
Refund Process

Refund Method

Cancellations
You may cancel an active subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future payments, but already processed payments are non-refundable (unless covered by our eligibility rules).
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if:
- There is evidence of policy abuse (e.g., repeated refunds).
- The product/service has been used extensively.
